Villa D'este

Villa D’este is a small, gorgeous, gated subdivision in Pearland; it was given the name after historic Villa d’Este villa in Tivoli, Italy. There are 46 homes in this Pearland neighborhood, which began development in 2001. A section of Villa D’este has been developed and several homes are available. Villa D’este borders the golf course neighborhood, Green Tee Terrace. 

Villa D’este is only a short drive from the historic Golfcrest Country Club, the Houston area’s oldest country club. Golfcrest offers members a fine course and a host of amenities, including a large swimming pool and tennis courts. There are other wonderful golf courses in the Pearland area as well.

Pearland has seen the building of several new retail venues. Pealrand Town Center offers a nice, multi-center at which to dine, shop and live. The complex includes tremendous apartments and office space over the first-floor stores. Several fine retailers are here, including Macy’s and Chico’s; there are a total of eighty shopping venues in the center, as well as a Marriott Hotel. Pearland Town Center is designed to present shoppers with a relaxing place to stroll; it includes a large lake and a park next to the complex. Several large grocery stores are also in the Pearland area, including one straight across from Town Center.

Home prices in Villa D’este range from $279,000 to $425,000. These are wonderfully designed, spacious executive homes, many of them from innovative Brighton Homes. Home sizes range from over 5,000 square feet to 3,000 feet. Lots average 11,000 square feet. 

Most homes are two-stories, but some spacious one-story homes are also in this development.  There are many five bedroom homes available, some with the option for a sixth bedroom. Most homes have at least three full baths. All the extras are included in these homes: formal living, large gamerooms, and studies. Some have media rooms and even sunrooms.
